Students learn sewing machine fundamentals learning to sew simple items they can sell or use in the home.
Embroidery is also being taught using traditional methods.
Students are encouraged to explore creating patchwork, recycling, using stitches, motifs, colours and mirrors.
Patchwork is wonderful as it teaches straight seams and the need of accuracy when constructing.
Our focus is on training and upskilling, Our aim is to create holistic change for the community to grow as a whole.

Nurturing traditional techniques, artisans and craftsmanship, mentoring and paving a way towards independence.
